WORKOUT 3
With the clock set at 7 minutes, the athlete will wait for the call of GO before starting their double unders. As soon as the minute is over, they will move on to the next movement and so on until all 7 minutes are complete. The athlete MUST move on as soon as the minute is over. Any reps performed of that movement after the minute will NOT count.
The score for this workout is total reps of all exercises - double unders + deadlifts + double unders + wall balls + double unders + wall balls + double unders = 200 reps (example)
