WORKOUT 1

For workout 1, the only equipment needed is a bar with the required weight. On the call of GO, the athlete will begin the workout. They will first complete a set of 21 hang squat clean followed by 21 bar facing burpees, 15 hang squat cleans followed by 15 bar facing burpees and finish with 9 hang squat cleans followed by 9 bar facing burpees.

The score for this workout is the total time it takes to finish all reps. Example - 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

For video submission, all equipment must be clearly shown before the workout begins.
